Bug Description

Bluetooth devices do not connect. Or better: they connect, disconnect, connect, then finally disconnect.

It is the same using graphical tools or cli.

It is the same for
- ubuntu, kubuntu, xubuntu, versions 20.04 LTS, 21.10, 22.04 LTS, 22.10 (beta)
- debian 11.3
- fedora 35
