Bug Description
Hello,
When performing a ubuntu 22.04 LTS booting in live environment from a pen drive in in my laptop, often there are booting problems presented. The error messages are not always the same, in some occasions the operating system ends up booting, but not every time.
watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 22s!
My laptop HW:

CPU: Intel Celeron N4000, 2 cores, internal GPU
