3.because there is no instance on libvirt of source host，the live_migration_abort operation at source host will raise another exception of InstanceNotFound

We will need more data in order to look further into the issue you are seeing. If there are any nova-compute log files you can attach from the source and destination when this happened it will be helpful. And what version of nova is being used here?
