[yoga-edge] cannot find dependencies for python3-django-horizon

Openstack dashboard is failing during install because it cant find all the required dependencies

unit-openstack-dashboard-2: 04:30:24 DEBUG unit.openstack-dashboard/2.install python3-django-horizon : Depends: python3-django-openstack-auth (= 4:22.1.0-0ubuntu2~cloud0) but it is not going to be installed
unit-openstack-dashboard-2: 04:30:24 DEBUG unit.openstack-dashboard/2.install Depends: python3-django-pyscss (>= 2.0.2) but it is not going to be installed
unit-openstack-dashboard-2: 04:30:24 WARNING unit.openstack-dashboard/2.install E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I'm not sure which package is causing the dependency failure, as jammy
seems to have both the required versions of python3-django-openstack-auth and python3-django-pycss

I've backported python-django-pyscss to yoga-staging and that fixes this issue. This is currently available in yoga-staging:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-cloud-archive/yoga-staging --yes

And I'm promoting it to proposed/updates now.

I can confirm that now openstack-dashboard can be installed from the UCA including django 3.2 and the change project function works now properly ....
