Doc: No documentation for --verbose parameter

Bug Description

We have a --verbose parameter in glanceclient to show more detailed output but the usage is not clear and is not documented well.

There should be a mention in glanceclient documentation about
``glance --verbose image-list`` command.

    Add doc and test for verbose parameter

    We currently have support to show verbose output for image-list
    with the command ``glance --verbose image-list`` but there is
    no documentation about it.
    This patch adds the documentation and a test to run it via CLI.
