Bug Description

The question "Which region of the world do you live in?" needs
 - to use radio buttons instead of check boxes
 - to give a link to http://www.un.org/depts/dhl/maplib/worldregions.htm in the question

General business unit designations for geographical locations are:

North America
South America
ASIAPAC (Asia / Pacific)
EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

I don't think we need to go hugely in-depth.

This seems to be a restrictive view of the world that we may not want to
propagate as Ubuntu, so sticking to UN definition seems a bit more logical.

Per discussion with Nick,

We will reference UN Regions and provide the URL as a link so people can check to see which specific region
they belong to if they are unaware (as odd as that may sound).
