There are two possible reasons:
1. Firefox or no other browser is installed
2. Firefox or another browser is installed, but xdg-open fails to open it.

Assuming it is point 2, I re-assign this ticket to xdg-utils which provides /usr/bin/xdg-open.

Today's daily contains the following (from manifest or https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/daily-live/pending/kinetic-desktop-amd64.manifest) so it's ~same as the jammy daily of the original report (excluding version(s))

I'm using `firefox` from that daily for this entry; manually started so I can enter details here & my other failure to open using `ubuntu-bug` & firefox works.

First install today using current Lubuntu daily.. (20220919)

Post install (not logged on QA-tracker though as not part of install test) and I was trying to open xscreensaver to confirm Leok's bug report... but it won't open. I explore /var/crash and crash report was there, so used `ubuntu-bug` hoping for it to simply finding the bug report (intending to click 'affects me too'), but

instead of opening firefox though, I get

This issue has been tested, and isn't an issue any longer as of ISO 2022-10-08
