czech translation of ping command is not complete and wrong

a] part of the output is in english - "56(84) bytes of data"

b] there is a typo in the final stats - "čad 2034 ms" should be "čas 2034 ms" (čas = time, čad = nonsense / typo)

c] Im not sure if it is right to translate ping to pink... It sounds a little bit silly to me, but Im not CZ-lang-expert

A: Cannot reproduce in upstream. This is probably an outdated version iputils.
B: Fixed in upstream and Ubuntu.
