Ctrl+Alt+Delete should show the end session dialog

Bug Description

It would be a useful feature (at least in my opinion), if the logout dialog was
shown when a user presses Ctrl+Alt+Delete. This is also somewhat
Windows-compatible. I achieve it with the following commands:

$ gconftool-2 -t str --set /apps/metacity/global_keybindings/run_command_9
"<Control><Alt>Delete"
$ gconftool-2 -t str --set /apps/metacity/keybinding_commands/command_9
"gnome-session-save --kill"

Ideally, fast-user switching should be worked into the logout dialog as well

I agree, but that is for a separate bug.

there is an upstream bug: "Shortcut for logging out"

which is actually a debate about "ctrl-alt-del" vs "alt-f4" to do this.

According to the Gnome's Human Interface Guidelines, Ctrl-alt-del are the keys
reserved for "Open the session logout confirmation dialog"
