Bug Description

[Reproduce step]
1. install ubuntu-22.04 beta.
2. run "apt update" and "ubuntu-driver install"
3. reboot the system.

[Expected result]

system should boot into desktop.

[Actual result]

system stuck in boot stage and monitor keeps blinking.
please see the attachment.

[Info]

OS version: Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (development branch)
Device: Dell Precision 5760
CID: 202103-28844
kernel version: 5.15.0-25

[Additional info]

SWE helped me to do some test, and obverse that after installing jammy, kernel version is 5.15.0-25, but when I use ubuntu-driver install the nvidia-driver will also install 5.15.0.25 and won't install linux-modules-extra.

This machine's output is using intel GPU, so without i915 there is no GUI display.
