can not start libreoffice: execv failed: No such file or directory

I'm trying to execute libreoffice:

`libreoffice.writer` is located in `/snap/bin/` and `/snap/bin/` should be part of the PATH environment variable. Maybe you are suffering from an incomplete installation of the libreoffice snap.
