Wrong German translation for "Delete Load Balancers"

Bug Description

In the current version of Octavia Dashboard on master the German translation for the "Delete Load Balancers" button under Project->Network->Load Balancers is wrong. It says "Gelöschte Loadbalancer", which means deleted loadbalancers, correct would be "Loadbalancer löschen".

I´ve changed the German translation from "Gelöschte Loadbalancer" into "Loadbalancer löschen" (Projects>ocatvia-dashboard>master>Documents(de)>oactavia_ashboard/locale/djangojs).
Someone needs to check/review this.
