[Needs Packaging] Add ku-sorani-fonts in Ubuntu

Bug Description

Kurdish sorani users currently need to install ku-sorani-fonts into /usr/share/fonts/truetype manually.

It would be great if the fonts were already installed in the next version of Ubuntu.

The fonts are released under the GPL and it is fully Unicode compatible.

fonts-unikurdweb is available in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. That package was named as ttf-unikurdweb in earlier Ubuntu versions.
