commissioning fails w/ 3.2-beta1: "please fill out the field"

Bug Description
When I try to commission a system w/ MAAS 3.2-beta1, the UI refuses, asking me to "please fill out the field" in the commissioning scripts section. One script is selected by default, but that doesn't seem to be enough. Neither adding a script to the list, nor clearing the list allows commissioning to proceed:

Note that I can commission from the cli, so I added the ui tag.
Also note that though the machine in the example is in a "Failed Commissioning" state, I can reproduce with a node in "Ready" state.
