Support new ids in 510

In 510.54 nvidia couldn't be installed in below platforms.

1fb7 is now in 510.60.02, I asked the FE to report to nvidia for this issue.

 Not yet, 24b9 is missing, and do we get confirmation that 510 supports "2438 24BA 24BB 25B9 25BA"?

Yes, I've the confirmations from nvidia through a vendor.

Unfortunately, nVidia confirmed these two IDs (24b9 and 1fb6) are not support in current 510 driver. We can't add them in support scope.
