libpsl5 symlink error

Bug Description

After recent update the symlink `/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpsl.so.5 -> ''` would point to nowhere, which caused service to crash. Such as NetworkManager. Manually recreated symlink, which solved it.

Sorry I left that information out. Yes that's the one. It seems more likely a upgrade interrupted by a crash on my system(hardware related), which caused this incomplete upgrade.
