Cannot add a keystone server with SSL enabled,

Logs & Configs
==============
docker logs error

InsecureRequestWarning: Unverified HTTPS request is being made to host '10.151.10.50'. Adding certificate verification is strongly advised.

Where to add keystone ssl.

Environment
===========
1. Openstack wallaby
2. latest version of skyline apiserver
3. ubuntu 20.04

I have the same problem, the certificate is valid
