Xubuntu Jammy install without internet results in no Firefox installed

Testing Xubuntu Jammy daily ISO 28.03.2022 on Dell Optiplex 7040

Following steps were taken

1. Installed Xubuntu with no Internet connection

2. Rebooted - connected ethernet -

3. Opened Software and applied system updates

4. Rebooted

5. Selected from Menu - Web browser - received error

6. selected from Internet men Firefox - no response

7. Opened the terminal and ran Firefox - took a few minutes and Firefox was then installed
