Bug Description
We need to add the NRPE relation to this charm, and alert for storage issues including, but not limited to, multipath failures or reduction.
E.g., `multipath -ll` might be expected to report 4 paths per volume, we should make the number of paths configurable and alert if the command returns less.

Please ignore the previous update re: charm-nrpe; we encountered this in a customer environment and I thought we were not using charm-storage-
