Enable the mic-mute led on Dell XPS 9315

[Impact]
On Dell's XPS 9315, the MIC-Mute function is working but the LED(on F4) state is not changed accordingly.

[Fix]
Dell's mic mute support in privacy mode has been upstream, but the the mic-mute led support is still SAUCE patch which is maintained with DMI based quirk. Add a new SKU for XPS 9315 until Dell's official fix for the mic-mute led.

[Test Case]
1. press mic-mute hot-key and check if mic-mute is enabled or not by the OSD icon.
2. The mic-mute led should be ON when mic-mute enabled, OFF when disabled.

[Where problems could occur]
It's only working on the particular SKU defined in DMI table. Will need to drop it when Dell release the official solution.

Verify on PORT-DVT2-D1 with BIOS 0.2.31. The kernel 5.14.0-1032-oem can make mic-mute led work.

@koba said this issue should be taken care by https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf/issues/105#issuecomment-872047574 and https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf/commit/4c29de69359d7672bb8a255ffe10e21cdbaf1634.

I will verify if it works or not. We can drop the SAUCE patch depends on the test result.

Verified on Jammy image which has the alsa-ucm-conf 1.2.6.3. The mic-mute led is working as expected. So we don't have to carry the SAUCE patch of this SRU.
