Bug Description
after updating to jammy, pulseaudio appears to get stuck after opening firefox.
I can play an audio file using mplayer fine, then I open firefox (either snap or deb version), then it fails to play the same audio file and prints out
"Audio device got stuck!"
killing pulseaudio (and having systemd user session restart it) restores sound in mplayer

seems like pulse was fighting with pipewire; not sure what I did to clean it up but appears to be working better now
