Bug Description

There's no logical separation between work/home/other works (eg volunteer places).

first question asks 'how many servers'? After that there's talks of organisations, but no guidelines which or how to chose, or if we should have chosen one and just be talking about that.
Several (many?) questions suffer from this lack of clarity.

1. The use of the server edition is not limited to any particular environment, in fact, we want to know where it is being
used. Volunteer places are considered work in my opinion. If you feel strongly about it, we can add a "Volunteer Organization"
option.

2. Question re-organization, having spoken with Nick (irc: nijaba), we think that some re-org is possible and I will
investigate this. If you have particular suggestions for sequence and what not, please add notes here.

3. Question clarity, understandably, some questions are very environment based, some are ordered in a particular
way and others are not. There are some limitations to what we can do with the survey software. If you think a particular
question requires additional clarification, please add it here.

Perhaps we could say on the front page 'feel free to fill out one of these forms for each org your involved in' (or 'ask someone from your other orgs to fill this out) or something similar, to try and make it clear we want one org at a time?

2.
my only suggestions (without looking at the question list again) would be to group questions into ones that are specifically about an organisation, and those that are personal

3.
i'll have a look at all the questions later and see about providing feedback on ordering/grouping.

1. I think that will confuse the issue. Perhaps it would be best left to the user to choose which environment they are going to fill in for.
