Bug Description
I think I have found a bug in the way the Gnome shell theme reacts to setting a custom highlight color when the dark theme is enabled.
Specifically in the Gnome settings, Appearance page, do the following:
Select dark theme.
Keep the default highlight colour (orange)
Now click on the date / time in the Gnome top bar. This menu is dark.
Go back to Gnome settings and choose a custom color (i.e. red).
Click the date / time again and the menu is now light.
Expected results:
Should the menus remain dark to follow the dark theme?
The new theme & wallpaper looks awesome by the way! Great work.
Thanks
Nick

This should be fixed by GNOME shell 42~beta-1ubuntu3 that is still in proposed, even if it was uploaded together with the theme.
So should be fixed for all when that lands to main.
