Bug Description
Evergreen 3.7.2, 3.8.0, Master
When placing a hold for a patron in the Angular Staff Catalog, the parts are not sorted in label sort key order. They instead display in "random" order, i.e. the order that the rows are stored in the database.
This can be repaired by a small change to the open-ils.
