Bug Description

Trying to install Jammy from the 2022-02-24 daily into a single Btrfs partition inside a LUKS leads to a system that fails to finish booting, because it fails to start lots of crucial services.

See attached picture for details.

The installer reported no problems, but system would not finish booting.

Exactly the same procedure, but Ext4 inside LUKS, seems to work fine.
