Bug Description

Please sync phpliteadmin 1.9.8.2-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:

This revision fixes failures under PHP 8 which is now default in Ubuntu. It also fixes a little XSS vulnerability in the row_create action handler. Apart from the fixes, there is a .desktop entry with an icon for quick access from system menu.

I would prefer to do full sync rather than split development branches picking the fixes out.

Hello Nicholas! This looks to me like a non-feature update, right? I see some new icons are added, but besides that it seems to have only bugfixes. Either way, +1 on getting it synced.
