Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug.

(I see errors related to your mirror; https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ossmirror.mycloud.services-archive which I'd consider changing - https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu, issues with https://repo.skype.com/deb etc which are more support issues)
