Unable to submit results

I'm doing some testing with the server test suite prior to the release of Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy), and I'm unable to submit results. This is what happens:

I'm not sure if this is a bug in Checkbox or in C3. It's happened on both of two systems from which I've tried to submit results so far.

Update: I just did a test run under Ubuntu 20.04, and had the same problem:
