Bug Description

Evergreen 3.7 and 3.8

When entering a translation in the staff client using an angular interface the translation is added but the original text is also updated to be the value you're entering for the translation.

To replicate in Item Status (on a server with multiple locales enabled):
1. Go to Administration -> Server Administration -> Item Status
2. Double click on a status
3. Click the translate button directly under Name.
4. Choose your locale (I choose "French (Canada)") from the Select Locale drop down
5. Enter the translation and click Apply.
6. The translations has been applied to French (Canada) and the text in the Name field has also been updated. The text in the Name field shouldn't be updated when a translation is applied.

I've seen this in Item Status, Shelving Location Editor, and Organizational Units (when adding a translation for the Library Name).

Thank you for submitting this report. I've been trying to enter some of our translations and I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong, but I see it's not just me!
