Bug Description

plainbox-provider-checkbox: 0.63.0+git202202220940+pkg182~ubuntu20.04.1

When using checkbox-cli remote to run test plan client-cert-desktop-22-04-automated, submission.tar.xz will not be generated after session finished.

Problem with a '2_tar_file' report using 'com.canonical.plainbox::tar' exporter sent to '/home/andch/.local/share/checkbox-ng/submission_2022-02-15T10.55.09.379612.tar.xz' transport.
Problem with a 'report_example_file' report using 'com.canonical.plainbox::tar' exporter sent to '/tmp/c3-local-submission.tar.xz' transport.
