Okular can't "save as" PDFs created by pdftk

kubuntu 21.10
When putting a stamp on a regular PDF with "pdftk stamp" the resulting PDF can be viewed by Okular but not "save as.." to another location. The original PDF without the stamp works fine.
Two different error messages pop up:
Die Datei „xxxx.pdf“ wurde durch ein anderes Programm geändert, daher kann sie nicht mehr gespeichert werden / the file ---- was changed by another program and therefore can't be saved
or
Error: Datei kann nicht in „/tmp/okular.
