Bug Description

I have a system that boots Linux Mint, KDE Neon, and Windows.
I delete all but two KDE Neon recovery entries, and save and reboot.
grub-customizer has put several KDE Neon recovery entries back.

I have the same issue after migrating LMDE from 4 to 5. I now have several (4 to 5) entries for LMDE 5 (flagged as "from os-prober") and even when I remove all but one, customize keeps bringing them all back.
PS: I run customizer from openSUSE Leap 15.3
PS2: For whatever reason, I have several "nn_os-prober_proxy in my openSuse's /etc/grub.d/ directory, nn being 10, 11 and 12)
