Puppet::Provider::Mistral still look for outdated authtoken parameters

Bug Description

The Puppet::Provider::Mistral class loads credential from mistral.conf for API request
in case no other credentials are provided.

However this implementation look for old parameters like auth_username, which are no longer
configured by puppet-mistral.

Fix authtoken parameters to load service user credential

    This change fixes the old authtoken parameters used to load credential
    of the mistral service user, because these are no longer configured by
    puppet-mistral.
