Failed to upgrade linux-firmware on rpi3a+
[Steps to reproduce]
1. Flash following image on rpi3a+:
https:/
2. Boot into system
3. sudo apt update
4. sudo apt install linux-firmware
[Actual result]
Error when upgrading kernel, and unable to boot rpi3+ after apt dist-upgrade
[Expected result]
System can boot up and kernel is upgraded to correct version
[Additional information]
Image: ubuntu-
Hardware: rpi3a+
Kernel Version: 5.13.0-1008-raspi
