Hi,

inside the tripleo-upgrade role we depends on the patch command to be available on the undercloud.

While it has been most of the time true, it's not allways:

We can get this in our logs:

Patch 829393 fails to apply - either already applied or you need to fix it.

because:

cat /tmp/tmp.0lwvP45qq4/patch.txt| sudo patch --dry-run --force -d /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates -p1
sudo: patch: command not found

dnf install -y patch solves it.
