Bug Description

Light: FW3B with lume1 driver
Firmware: anduril.2021-10-25.fw3a-lume1.hex and anything newer

Behavior: When using turbo, the light quickly steps down in large steps until the light is "off"(it's not entering the off state, it's just too dim to see). Interestingly, this doesn't happen when using 1H momentary turbo from off, but it does happen with 3H momentary turbo when on.

The expected turbo behavior works in the 8/31 build.

I just built and tested revisions until I found the origin. The issue started in revision 622

I traced the issue to fsm-ramping.c lines 208-215. This code was commented out in revision 622. Uncommenting the code restores the normal turbo behavior
