Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
After logging in to GNOME on a charged, plugged-in laptop, the Power Manager applet shows the discharging battery icon (although it’s set to only display the icon when it’s charging or discharging) and reports it’s discharging in the popup.
After uplugging the power cord and plugging it in again, the icon disappears (properly).
This is with Hardy’s gnome-panel 1:2.21.92-0ubuntu1 (and I’m pretty sure this is the version that introduced this bug, as it was working properly with the previous version).
