Unpacking replacement gnome-power-manager ...
and stops at this place for infinity.

Thanks for your bug report. Hardy is a beta release. Please try to run update manager again and see if it works this time.
Type in a terminal: sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
If the upgrade fails please report this bug against update-manager.
