Bug Description

Implement BEAR enhancement support for new IBM Z Hardware to make sure that no breaking events are lost anymore for userspace.

which is in v5.16

Is it sufficient to introduce this support with 22.10,
or is there a need to 'SRU' (wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates) it back to 22.04?
In the latter case I guess some help is needed on how this can be tested etc. (the SRU Justification).

yes, it is sufficient that this items is available with kinetic - there is no need to SRU to jammy. Thanks
