feature request: workaround for off-beat detection error

Bug Description
Mixxx often gets the beat off by a 1/2 beat, especially on tracks with complex rhythms. One quick check that we could do to correct for this mistake is add the following logic:
"If the beginning of the track is very close to 50% between two beats, it is likely to be the actual first beat."
I have seen this dozens of times on tracks I've downloaded and I think it would be an easy win for this degraded case.

I have seen this quite a bit too. I think it would be worth a try to add that correction.
