Update to latest GtkSharp before next release

Bug Description

For the next release we need the changes from https://github.com/GtkSharp/GtkSharp/pull/316 in order to restore support for the jpeg quality setting (which was disabled in https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/pull/215)
Hopefully by release time there will be an updated GtkSharp release available
