@Frank / Canonical
Upgrading to glibc 2.35 would be ideal as it also contains HWCAP_S390_PCI_MIO and HWCAP_S390_SIE values, which were integrated for
"Bugzilla 196143 - LP#1959383 : [22.04 FEAT] [GNU2007] GLIBC: Support for new IBM Z Hardware - kernel part"

Note: Both required HWCAPs were also backported to glibc 2.34 release branch
containing this commit:
"S390: Add PCI_MIO and SIE HWCAPs"
https://sourceware.org/git/?p=glibc.git;a=commit;h=cb44a620ef2336449af60694b6696efced161774

If jammy doesn't upgrade to glibc 2.35, please ensure that the "S390: Add PCI_MIO and SIE HWCAPs" commit will be picked!

Since 2.35 is already in jammy-proposed:
libc6 | 2.35-0ubuntu1 | jammy-proposed
the chance is very high that it will be incl. in jammy.
It will only be dropped if significant issues occur that lead to severe blockers.
As of today I expect that 2.35 will land - but I'll monitor this ...
