We are currently on 13.0.0-9 in jammy:
 llvm-13 | 1:13.0.0-9 | jammy/universe | s390x
and will soon be on 13.0.1~+rc3-1~exp1build1:
 llvm-13 | 1:13.0.1~+rc3-1~exp1build1 | jammy-proposed/universe | s390x
hence closing already now as Fix Released

llvm 13 which is required for new HW support is in 22.04, therefore we can close the BZ.
