[Feature Request] A view that can display the test status entries in the order of date

In the current version of Test Status Tracker, the default and only view displays all the projects available with test status entries in the database to be selected from.

I'd love to have an alternative view that I can sort all the test status entries in the database by date, so I'll be able to quickly find and check the submissions have been submitted the most recently.

A few items to be take into consideration when implementing this feature:
- The default view can still be the page that lists projects
- Implement a new page that can display all the test entries and sort it by date
- Link that can bring user back and forth between the default view and sort by date view
