[Feature Request] An option to create summary report for on-line update tests

Autosummary now needs to consume "Milestone" provided by user to look up the mail.content in oem-share and use the release date in image name to judge which are the newly open bugs. But for an on-line update testing, there won't be an image released therefore QA cannot use autosummary to generate the test summary report.

To make this feature available in autosummary, there could be a few items to be added to autosummary page:

1. A drop-down list for user to select if this is a milestone testing or on-line update (other) testing, make the default milestone testing, so autosummary will skip looking up mail.content.
2. A new field for user to input the start date of testing, so autosummary could use it to judge which are the newly open bugs.
