Drawing out of canvas with Pencil and canvas border disappears (regression)

Bug Description
Pinta/master from github on Ubuntu 20.04.
1. Pencil and start drawing from inside of canvas to end of canvas and beyond. PROBLEM 1: Canvas border disappears and when mouse released it reappears as normal.
2. Do one more time pull Pencil from inside and beyond canvas and now PROBLEM 2: Canvas border stay "corrupted" permanently (see attachment).
I retested this in Pinta 2.0.0 on Ubuntu 20.04 and problem does not appear. It looks like Pinta/master problem.
