Bug Description

After updating kernel to 5.13, when I boot my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 with AMD Ryzen 7 4th. gen), I see only noise before the login screen. If I choose 5.11 kernel everything works fine.

Today, I have updated to version 5.13.0-28. The issue is still present. I cannot boot, I see just noise on the screen after the kubuntu logo and before the login screen.
