Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu.

Kubuntu 18.04 LTS is now EOL - https://kubuntu.org/news/kubuntu-18-04-lts-bionic-beaver-reaches-end-of-kubuntu-support/

This issue will no longer be fixed; unless it's reported in a supported release of Kubuntu (and then is unlikely to be back-ported due to EOL status of 18.04)

As such I've marked this bug as incomplete. Please re-test in a supported release of Kubuntu, and provide details if the issue still occurs, via a new bug should be filed, and this report can be marked 'duplicate' of the new bug (in a supported release); ie. this bug providing the confirmation (if you are unsure how to do this; leave a comment on this report with the new ID and we can do it for you).

If you believe I'm in error, please leave a comment explaining why, and the bug status can be returned to "New". Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.
