Bug Description

Ubuntu randomly freezes, and can't access keyboard and mouse anymore. The only way to solve is pressing power button to turn off.

Next time the freeze happens please:

1. Wait 10 seconds.

2. Reboot.

3. Run:

   journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

4. Attach the resulting text file here.

Please look at the attached file. It looks like there is issue with rtw_8821ce. I've cut the log because launchpad fails to upload the 255MB prevboot.txt. This line

Jan 20 10:24:58 hpl kernel: rtw_8821ce 0000:01:00.0: pci bus timeout, check dma status

keeps repeating until line number 3076252, which is the end of file.

Same here, HP notebook HP 17-by3536ng (with rtw_8821ce), freezes before/after login screen after updating Ubuntu 20.04 from kernel 5.11.0-46 to 5.13.0-27. dmesg is spammed with

    rtw_8821ce 0000:01:00.0: pci bus timeout, check dma status

about 300 times per second (does not happen with kernel 5.11).
