Bug Description
As I've reported 3 times [Bug 1957112], [Bug 1957196] , [Bug 1956461], after installing new kernel different than 5.4.0-91 I have lost functionality of my webcam >>Creative Hd 720p<<. There is no driver because the folder /dev/v4l doesn't exist. There is a communicate at the boot time that some device has something to long (it blinked very fast, I haven't remembered it). It is annoying and disorganizing ones life.
